Return & Refund policy

At Casa Sorella, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:


✅ Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item arrived damaged or it was our mistake).
We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments  we recommend using a trackable method.
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment, minus shipping fees.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.


💡 Important Notes
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery we’ll make it right!
